Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of ResumeFit (the "Service"), operated by Northeast Construction and IT Supply Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the Service you accept them.

What the Service does

ResumeFit compares the text of a résumé against the text of a job description and reports keyword coverage, missing terms and a formatting audit. It optionally rewrites résumé bullet points using an automated language model.

What the Service does not do

The Service does not access, replicate or predict the behaviour of any specific employer's applicant tracking system. Scores are our own measure of textual overlap, not a prediction of hiring outcomes. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment of any kind.

Automated rewrites are suggestions produced by a language model. They can be wrong. You are responsible for checking that every statement on your résumé is true before you send it to anyone.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit content you have no right to submit, including another person's résumé without their consent.
• Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, share licence keys publicly, or automate access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to produce false claims of qualification or experience.

We may suspend access, without refund, where these terms are breached.

Pro passes

A Pro pass grants raised usage limits for 30 days from purchase. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Fair-use ceilings apply and are stated on the site at the time of purchase. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Availability

The Service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw features. Where a paid feature is withdrawn during an active Pro pass, we will refund the unused portion on request.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost employment opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active Pro passes will be notified to the purchase email.
