Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Pro passes purchased on ResumeFit, operated by Northeast Construction and IT Supply Solutions Pvt Ltd.

There is nothing to cancel

A Pro pass is a single payment for a fixed 30-day period. It does not renew, no subscription is created, and no further amount is ever charged. When the 30 days end, access simply returns to the free tier.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used fewer than 10 Pro rewrites. Email northeast.pvt.ltd@gmail.com with your licence key or payment identifier.

The usage condition exists so the refund window is not a route to free use. If the Service did not work for you, say so — we would rather refund a genuine failure than argue about a counter.

Always refunded

• You were charged more than once for the same pass.
• Payment succeeded but no licence was issued and we could not resolve it.
• A paid feature was withdrawn during your active pass — refunded pro rata.

How and when

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. We initiate within 3 business days of approving the request; your bank or card issuer typically credits it within 5 to 10 business days after that.

Free tier

The résumé checker, scoring, keyword analysis, formatting audit and the daily free rewrites cost nothing and require no payment details.
