Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Northeast Construction and IT Supply Solutions Pvt Ltd does with your data when you use ResumeFit.

Your résumé is not uploaded

The keyword matching and formatting audit run entirely as JavaScript inside your browser. The text you paste into either box is not transmitted to us, not stored, and not logged. You can verify this in your browser's network inspector.

The one exception

Two features send text to our server, and only at the moment you press them:

• Bullet rewriter. Sends the specific bullet points you selected, plus the list of missing keywords.
• Full resume rewrite (Pro). Sends your entire resume and the job description. This is unavoidable: the feature cannot rewrite a document it cannot read.

In both cases the text is forwarded to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate the rewrite, then discarded. We do not store your resume, the job description, or the output. Cloudflare processes them to serve the request; see Cloudflare's own privacy terms for their handling. If you would rather nothing left your browser at all, use the scoring and audit only, which never transmit anything.

What we do store

• Email addresses submitted to the notification list or at purchase, kept until you ask us to delete them.
• Usage counters keyed to your IP address, to enforce daily limits. These expire automatically within 36 hours.
• Licence records for Pro purchases: licence key, purchase email, payment and order identifiers, and expiry date. Kept for the pass duration plus the period required for tax and accounting records.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — those go directly to Razorpay, who act as the payment processor. We receive only a payment identifier, an order identifier and the email you supplied.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people reach, from where, and whether the tool is working for them. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, approximate location, device and browser details, and the pages you visit. It does not receive your résumé or the job description: those never leave your browser, as described above.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site. The résumé checker works perfectly well either way — nothing on this site requires cookies to function.

Your Pro licence key is kept in your browser's local storage on your device only. That is not a cookie and is never transmitted to us except when you use the rewriter. Clearing site data removes it, and you can restore it with the key itself.

Your rights

Write to northeast.pvt.ltd@gmail.com to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting a licence record ends the Pro pass.

Retention and security

Data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is restricted to the operator of the Service. We keep only what is described above, for no longer than stated.
