Response times
We aim to reply within two business days. Refund requests are processed within three business days of approval.
Recovering a Pro licence
If you have lost your licence key, email us from the address you used at purchase, or send the Razorpay payment identifier from your receipt. We will re-issue it.
Payment problems
If a payment was taken but Pro did not activate, email the payment identifier from your Razorpay receipt. Payments are reconciled against issued licences, so this is quick to resolve and always resolved in your favour when the payment is genuine.
